Additional Terms

This is a basic overview of our terms. Some may not apply to all packages.

• The total guest count includes all guests, bridal party, and the bride and groom.

• We are pup friendly! Your four-legged family members are welcome here!

• Venue deposit is due at the time of booking and is 1/3 of the total balance. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the wedding.

• A damage deposit of $500 or $250 (depending on the package) is due 30 days prior to the wedding. This deposit is returned if no damages occur.

• Rehearsals are based on availability and must be scheduled in advance. All personal decor must be set up during this 1 1/2 rehearsal or day-of timeframe. Rehearsals may be included your package or are otherwise available as an add-on. Ask us if you need clarification.

• Any use of the facility before/beyond scheduled rehearsal or day-of timeframe, will result in a $75 charge per 30 minutes.
